WHAT DAY IS IT?
All Day Err Day
- Answer emails, calls, & texts.
- Process payment for appointments 2 days ago and before.
- Process laundry.
- Keep office clean & tidy.
- Update new client bonus chart.
- Respond to and act on staff scheduling requests.
- Make sure all new client cleans have addresses and notes copied from intake and pasted into client notes.
- Maintain supplies in the office: fill bottles, wash filters, maintain vacs…
- Update feedback email with all positive client feedback. Respond in the thread with copied and pasted quotes from emails, text, and and other conversations. Send, leave unread.
Monday
- CALENDAR for the upcoming month:
- No one scheduled more than 5 days
- No scheduling conflicts
- Booked appointments are located close together if possible
- Team cleans are assigned to a team of two people
month end
- Notify clients of rate increases for the month after next. (If it’s January 31, send notifications for March.)
- Empty and clean filter in front of washing machine.
- Send final monthly feedback email to Kati with a star and label for upcoming staff meeting.
- Start a new client feedback email for the upcoming month. Send to info@…, send, label FEEDBACK, leave unread.

SNOW DAY POLICY:
BVSD has called a snow day, so all staff have the option to stay home. Please let us know ASAP whether you choose to stay home AND/OR if you’re willing to fill in for someone else who stays home. Regardless, take measures to stay safe and warm!
